ABOUT THE BRAND

Hey there, my name is Allison King and I own Juniper + Tegan! I have always loved crafting and making things from birthday decor to shirts and in 2025 decided I wanted to venture into making custom photo magnets. At the beginning of the school year I offered to make shirts for my kids school PTO and have since made hundreds of shirts in and out of the school. It wasn’t ever part of my plan to make shirts but here we are and I'm having a blast! I still make and offer magnets as well as other fun products (check out what I have to offer on the site!) A lot of people ask me where the name for my business came from, and I wanted the name to represent what I wanted for the company. Juniper symbolizes life and growth, among other things, and the Welsh name Tegan most commonly refers to beautiful or fair. It also translates to toy which can often suggest a fun, playful nature. So it’s a name to remind me to have fun, in all of life’s ups and downs and to remind me that I'll grow no matter what changes happen as a person and as a business.
